A clear cancellation policy: Full refund if canceled 48 hours before delivery. Delivery timeline: Delivery within the requested week, weather permitting. No hidden fees—see total before you pay. We offer a 100% refund if we can’t deliver by your requested week (subject to availability). We’ll text you the delivery day for accountability.
